Can I change my pickup point in Benalmádena after booking?

What payment methods are accepted?

What is the cancellation policy?

Seville Cathedral and Giralda tickets are nominative and non-refundable (€13 per person ticket cost). The rest of the booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before at no charge. If we need to cancel (due to weather, closures or insufficient participants), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Booking terms and cancellations (group tour):

Not coming at the acorded pickup time and place is considered No Show, and No Shows are charged with 100% of the total amount. A refund is posible as long as canceled at least one business day (24 hours) in advance before start of trip. Bank fees and commisions will be deducted from the amount to refund.
Guided visit option: Cancellation fees €13 as the Cathedral and Giralda entrance is not refundable
